He is a senior Building Science engineer with a successful career in the engineering consulting industry for more than ten years. His expertise includes building envelope design and construction, building failure investigation and restoration, building condition assessment, energy efficiency and high-performance envelope assemblies. Qinru is a registered professional engineer in Alberta (APEGA) and completed his PhD program of Building Science Engineering at Concordia University, Montreal.
